What you'll do
- Review psychological assessments
- develop treatment plans and goals
- provide behavior management, counseling, and crisis intervention
- integrate techniques into programs or homes through consultation
- document progress and recommend changes
- develop behavior plans related to psychotropic medication
- participate in team meetings, annual reviews, and pre-admission evaluations
- train program staff
- assist with program duties as needed.
