What you'll do

  • Supervise Information and Referral Specialists responding by phone, chat, text, voicemail, and email
  • provide individual and team supervision
  • lead evening staffing, workload, schedule adherence, procedures, and contact metrics
  • coach and train staff
  • manage call-center coverage
  • collaborate with leadership on performance goals
  • answer calls as needed
  • communicate escalations and operational updates
  • and onboard new specialists.
