What you'll do

• Manage and track customer approval documents
• coordinate document submissions and revisions
• collaborate with engineering and quality teams
• monitor production milestones, material readiness, and fabrication progress
• coordinate with shop expeditors
• schedule inspections and prepare documentation and test packages
• track inspection outcomes and follow-up actions
• provide project updates to customers
• support client meetings
• assist with foreign registration and compliance documents
• and maintain project files, reports, schedules, risk tracking, and action items.
