What you'll do

• Set up and operate a punch machine
• load and align materials
• read mechanical drawings and part tolerances
• upload and run machine-controller programs and make basic programming adjustments
• conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections
• follow preventive maintenance schedules
• monitor equipment and tooling
• coordinate with management on production efficiency, safety, and delivery
• package finished parts
• operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required
• assist other machine operators as needed.
