What you'll do

• Lead daily crew startup, assignments, and jobsite operations
• drive trucks and trailers
• inspect vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment
• perform and oversee landscape installation and maintenance
• install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems
• monitor safety and equipment use
• track time, materials, progress, and job notes
• identify delays and quality issues
• maintain clean jobsites
• coach crew members
• communicate with clients and management
• complete punch-list and closeout work.
