• Manage daily yard operations, equipment, and resources to support safe and efficient handling of construction mat inventory
• lead team activities
• oversee receiving, shipping, sorting, cleaning, labeling, and repair
• manage truck flow and bills of lading
• conduct equipment inspections and safety meetings
• grade and sort mats
• operate a wheel loader and skid steer
• and perform material-handling duties as needed.
