What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking and loading areas, and the perimeter
• monitor traffic and report concerns
• respond to incidents and disturbances
• document patrol activities and observations.
