What you'll do

• Greet visitors, verify appointments, and direct guests
• manage visitor sign-in and credentials
• answer incoming calls and relay information
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to procedures
• maintain visitor, delivery, and incident records
• and report security concerns to company leadership and site contacts.
