The Applied AI Engineer, Go-to-Market role is onsite in Watertown, MA. Compensation is $130,000–$250,000 per year. Tutor Intelligence builds robotics hardware and artificial intelligence, with a mission to expand robotics for the common good. As the first engineer dedicated to go-to-market, this role builds and maintains software systems and AI agents that help the team find, win, and grow customers. It connects sales workflows with robot, deployment, and company data, measuring work by its effects on pipeline, conversion, and seller time.

What you'll do

• Architect and build go-to-market systems, CRM features, and data models
• create AI agents for account research, outbound, call preparation, follow-ups, and deal qualification
• analyze markets and penetration
• connect go-to-market tools with robot performance, deployment data, demo center, internal documentation, and agent platform. Extend existing tools, join customer calls and trade shows, visit deployments, and measure pipeline, conversion, and seller-time outcomes.
