What you'll do

• Develop warehouse strategies to improve space use, workflows, and efficiency
• oversee receiving, storage, picking, shipping, cycle counts, and inventory audits
• lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff
• enforce safety standards and conduct inspections
• implement outbound shipment quality controls
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• work with suppliers and vendors on deliveries and shipment issues
• monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions
• drive continuous improvement
• maintain records and prepare management reports.
