The Floating Maintenance Technician — Apartment Communities role is onsite and supports communities in Minneapolis and Burnsville, MN. Pay is $32–$36 per hour. Investment Property Group owns and operates multifamily, manufactured-home, and RV communities. The technician maintains buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas and responds to resident service requests. The role supports safe, functional, well-maintained communities through repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and resident-focused service.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose defects and make repairs according to policies, safety standards, and codes
• track maintenance supplies and report reordering needs
• perform general community and facilities maintenance
• inspect and maintain common areas
• follow preventive maintenance schedules
• support resident relations and occupancy goals
• participate in after-hours emergency coverage rotation.
