What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Operations team
• oversee commercial credit analysis, cash-flow and debt-service analysis, risk ratings, and credit packages
• ensure timely annual reviews, financial statement collection, tax monitoring, exception tracking, and SBA reporting
• monitor portfolio risk, concentrations, credit quality, workouts, and restructures
• maintain lending regulatory and policy compliance
• review reporting and identify improvements
• use data and technology to evaluate trends and performance
• improve lending workflows
• collaborate with internal and external partners
• support cross-referrals and business-member relationships
• review and approve appraisal and environmental orders
• participate in projects, initiatives, and mergers as needed.
