What you'll do

• Review dining, takeout, and delivery orders
• distinguish counter pickup from dining-room orders and expedite accordingly
• assist guests at the pickup counter
• deliver food to tables and clear dishes as needed
• replenish service-area supplies
• communicate with front- and back-of-house teams
• check and pack takeout orders
• organize service materials
• monitor quality, consistency, and ticket times
• learn menus and service standards.
