What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across systems or teams
• own project execution from design through rollout
• use AI-assisted coding tools and autonomous workflows where applicable
• guide code reviews, architecture, and engineering practices
• mentor junior engineers
• contribute to strategic planning
• diagnose difficult technical issues
• improve reliability, scalability, observability, and incident response
• improve tooling, documentation, and processes
• communicate technical concepts to engineering, product, and leadership.
