What you'll do

• Support and mentor team members
• represent the department in agency and external meetings
• improve administrative processes
• support policy and procedure development
• assist families with recruiting and supervising family-managed employees
• coordinate onboarding, paperwork, schedules, and training
• liaise with Human Resources
• maintain service records and certification documentation
• track certificates, payables, supplies, and department organization
• support self-directed and in-home support programs.
