What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and review service personnel
• organize, prioritize, schedule, and assign work
• monitor performance and work-in-process
• coordinate parts and resolve repair bottlenecks
• close work orders and support accurate, timely invoicing
• communicate repair status and costs to customers
• estimate repairs and quote custom jobs
• support rental equipment repairs and check-ins
• follow credit and cash policies
• maintain safety standards and assist management with departmental goals and metrics.
