Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance of PCBA and SMT production equipment and facility systems
• develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
• manage and develop supervisors and technicians
• oversee safety, compliance, budgets, capital planning, spare parts, vendors, calibration, and maintenance documentation
• analyze performance metrics and drive reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• coordinate maintenance schedules with production.
