The Dishwasher role is an onsite, full-time position in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The kitchen team supports STK Steakhouse’s dining service by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. The dishwasher keeps kitchen operations ready for service by washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting the back-of-house team. The role also includes basic food preparation and handling as needed.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage
• operate dishwashing machines and keep them supplied with appropriate chemicals
• remove trash and recycling
• clean floors, drains, and workstations
• store kitchen tools and equipment
• follow sanitation and safety requirements
• assist with basic prep and food handling as needed
• and complete tasks assigned by chefs and kitchen leadership.
