Pallet Sorter — Day Shift

The Pallet Sorter — Day Shift role is onsite in Pauls Valley, OK. Compensation is $16 per hour. The position supports PLA Family of Companies’ warehouse operations by sorting pallets to company standards and production goals. The sorter inspects and separates pallets by type and condition, removes debris, and maintains a clean and safe work area. Accurate, efficient sorting helps meet quality and productivity expectations for the operation.

What you'll do

• Remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets
• manually sort pallets by type and condition
• inspect pallets against quality criteria
• maintain a clean and orderly work area
• meet established hourly production rates
• follow equipment-handling and safety procedures
• support team operations and communicate with team members and management.
