What you'll do

• Formulate program acquisition strategies and advise the Program Manager
• prepare MIPRs, DAR-Q, and R-2 budget requests
• prepare funding documentation and procurement packages for SBIR/STTR performer contracts
• monitor and report commitments, obligations, expenditures, contract performance, milestones, schedule, and cost
• assist with program plans and quarterly reviews
• maintain program documentation files.
