Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst

The annual compensation range is $95,000–$105,000. The role supports Subsplash’s IT team, which maintains business technology services and security across IT systems. The analyst advances security and risk operations by managing compliance programs, audits, access governance, security awareness, and vendor risk. The work strengthens the organization’s control environment and helps leadership monitor compliance posture, risk, and audit readiness, including through the use of AI tools to scale GRC workflows.

What you'll do

• Lead external audit coordination and PCI DSS audit execution, and support internal IT SOX audits
• maintain data inventories and data-flow diagrams
• map and implement controls across PCI DSS and NIST CSF
• report on GRC program health
• lead user access reviews and oversee provisioning and deprovisioning
• run security awareness training and phishing simulations
• conduct vendor security reviews and track remediation
• maintain the corporate risk register
• identify and deploy AI tools to improve GRC operations.
