What you'll do

• Conduct activities with an assigned group and gather supplies
• implement and evaluate activities as directed
• provide feedback to the Activities Coordinator
• report behavior changes to the Coordinator and Registered Nurse
• encourage attendance
• prepare activity areas and equipment
• assist with dining-area cleanup, van arrival and departure, toileting and feeding as assigned, and serving lunch.
