The Multi-Site Service Technician – The M and The Charleston role is onsite at two Phoenix, AZ apartment communities. The role supports community operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, property inspections, and coordination with the service team.

What you'll do

• Complete make-ready units
• troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues
• perform preventive maintenance on vacant units
• provide daily pool care and check chemical balance
• complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys
• inspect for safety hazards and report them
• share on-call duty
• assist with parts and cleaning-supply inventory.
