What you'll do

• Provide friendly customer care to patients and clients
• process invoice payments
• answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain medical history
• determine patient immunization and test status
• communicate with doctors and technical staff about arrivals and treatments
• fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter product requests as instructed by a veterinarian
• enter data into computer software.
