What you'll do

• Manage commercial, contractual, regulatory, and other litigation and claims from assessment through resolution
• develop dispute strategies
• manage outside counsel, budgets, discovery, and litigation holds
• advise on settlements, mediations, arbitrations, subpoenas, and government inquiries
• assess potential claims and threatened litigation
• partner with business functions on dispute prevention and contractual risk
• report significant matters to senior management and relevant committees.
