Clay Production Associate

The Clay Production Associate role is onsite in Hudson, WI, on first shift. Pay is $18 per hour, with a $1 per hour increase upon hire-on. The associate supports the customer’s production lines and prepares products for shipment.

What you'll do

• Work across production lines
• load clay into machines and operate pug mills with training
• weigh, package, box, seal, and prepare products for shipment
• pick, pack, wrap, and palletize orders
• move pallets
• operate a forklift as needed
• maintain inventory and stock shelves
• answer phones and take orders when needed
• and clean tables and machines, sweep, and remove trash.
