The role supports Ursa Major’s solid rocket motor development and deployment programs. As the program’s technical lead and Senior Responsible Engineer, this position directs multidisciplinary engineering work from development through qualification and production readiness. It owns product architecture and technical decisions, manages risk, and coordinates analysis, testing, and customer deliverables to advance program execution.
