What you'll do

• Build relationships with contractors, construction managers, building owners, and end users
• identify and secure fire sprinkler sales opportunities
• conduct job walks and field surveys
• re-engage previous customers and pursue new business in Southern California
• maintain the sales pipeline
• generate leads through calls, site visits, networking, and follow-up
• prepare proposals, estimates, and scopes of work
• coordinate with estimating, service, operations, and project teams
• document activity in the CRM.
