What you'll do

• Clean and organize dishes, pots, pans, flatware, drinkware, and other bakery items
• wash kitchenware by machine, three-sink system, or hand
• maintain dishwashing and kitchen areas
• assist with cafe setup and breakdown for special events
• remove garbage and sanitize kitchen areas
• maintain storage areas
• clean front-of-house, back-of-house, bathrooms, classroom, and offices
• follow kitchen, safety, and sanitation policies.
