The Senior Avionics Test Engineer role is an onsite, full-time position in Longmont, CO. The stated base compensation range is $110,000–$133,000 per year. The role develops and maintains electrical test systems that verify avionics performance, reliability, and production readiness. It works across engineering and production teams to provide robust test equipment for development, qualification, environmental testing, and production acceptance.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain ATE, STE, and EGSE
• design electrical interface hardware
• prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, cable assemblies, and interface documents
• integrate laboratory instrumentation
• fabricate fixtures and harnesses
• partner with test software engineers
• support HIL, qualification, environmental, and acceptance testing
• troubleshoot test systems
• perform bring-up and validation
• support root-cause investigations
• and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management.
