Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift

The Maintenance Technician works onsite in Dallas, TX, on the third shift and earns $26–$35 per hour. The role supports MegaMex Foods’ Dallas manufacturing plant, which produces Mexican food products.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and troubleshooting on packaging, processing, and facility equipment
• maintain operating logs
• diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, steam, and utility systems
• work on production machinery, pumps, conveyors, motors, PLC controls, and VFD drives
• conduct chemical testing and log results
• weld repairs
• and follow safety, GMP, and USDA requirements.
