LCS Field Service Technician — Process Equipment

The LCS Field Service Technician — Process Equipment role is based onsite in Tampa, FL, with frequent travel to customer sites, including extended overnight trips and up to approximately 70% travel. Compensation is $26.11–$46.67 per hour. Krones Process Group North America provides automated process-system solutions for food, beverage, and dairy operations. The technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs sanitary process equipment at customer production facilities. The work supports reliable, hygienic operations through equipment service, piping installation and fabrication, safety compliance, and clear service documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on pumps, valves, heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels
• troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• install and modify sanitary piping and process equipment
• perform pipefitting and sanitary TIG welding
• grind and polish welds to hygienic standards
• interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and basic electrical schematics
• follow 3-A, FDA, food-grade, and safety requirements
• complete service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection checklists
• communicate findings and recommendations.
