What you'll do

• Identify employment opportunities based on individualized assessment information.
• Conduct job development with community employers.
• Help participants prepare for interviews, complete applications, and develop job-related skills.
• Build relationships with businesses, community agencies, departments, and vendors.
• Assess accommodation needs.
• Provide discovery, job development, follow-along support, job coaching, and advocacy as needed.
• Provide transportation to and from workplaces as needed.
• Complete timely daily documentation of employment services.
