What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using escalation procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify credentials as directed
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation.
