Underground Line Crew Foreman

The Underground Line Crew Foreman role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Pay is $42–$51 per hour. Utility Innovation Services supports North American electric utilities with turnkey services for grid hardening, system reliability, and upgrades. The foreman leads underground utility construction work and performs maintenance and repair on energized and deenergized cable systems. The role combines crew supervision with hands-on cable work, safe work practices, and coordination of jobsite procedures.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise underground utility construction projects
• safely maintain and repair energized and deenergized underground cable systems
• perform medium-voltage cable terminations, cable pulling, transformer replacements, and cable replacement tie-ins as required
• ensure appropriate PPE and coverup installation
• understand grounding procedures
• work at heights and in confined spaces
• perform phasing and job tailboards.
