Bartender

The Bartender role is onsite in Austin, TX. Pay is $19 per hour. The bartender reports to the Beverage Operations Manager and Director of Food & Beverage at Westwood Country Club. The role prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing attentive guest service. It maintains a clean, stocked bar and coordinates with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to support efficient service.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and promptly
• provide attentive guest service and beverage recommendations
• responsibly serve alcohol and monitor guests’ state of intoxication
• maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menus
• keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked
• clean glassware and equipment
• coordinate with service and kitchen staff
• assist with bar setup and closing
• help train new bartenders and barbacks.
