Carrier Compliance Manager

The role also develops the compliance function’s long-term strategy and works with internal teams and external partners on investigations and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the carrier compliance team
• manage carrier vetting and onboarding
• maintain vetting platforms and TMS integrations
• verify carrier authority, insurance, safety ratings, identity, banking, and remit-to changes
• monitor carrier status and act on red flags
• manage suspensions and deactivations
• investigate fraud
• coordinate with law enforcement, investigators, insurers, and internal teams
• maintain policies
• report compliance metrics
• track regulatory changes
• develop long-term compliance strategy.
