Social Service Database and Compliance Associate

The Social Service Database and Compliance Associate role is onsite at Divisional Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Pay is $28 per hour. The Salvation Army’s mission is to meet human needs without discrimination, and this role supports social service programs across its Southwest Division.

What you'll do

• Support division-wide use of WellSky Community Services, HMIS, and other program platforms
• administer user accounts and licensing
• support compliance reviews and quality assurance
• train users and provide technical assistance
• monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
• configure database elements
• create reports and dashboards
• coordinate impact reporting
• and support related administrative and seasonal program work. Travel to Corps and programs may be required as assigned.

Why this role

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday. A bachelor’s degree in database management or computer science is strongly preferred; relevant experience may substitute at a 2:1 ratio. Requires at least two years of database and data-management experience.
