What you'll do

• Perform interior and exterior repairs and maintenance
• complete carpentry, framing, trim, door, and cabinetry work
• install, patch, and finish drywall
• paint interiors and exteriors
• handle general property maintenance and punch-list repairs
• assess job sites and report findings
• communicate with clients onsite.
