Set-up Technician

The Set-up Technician role is onsite in El Paso, TX. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports safe and efficient production by keeping manufacturing lines operating within safety, production, and quality standards. This role installs and removes molds and related auxiliary equipment during mold changes, and performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Accurate logs and repair requests, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement help sustain production and equipment performance.

What you'll do

• Install and remove molds from injection molding machines according to work procedures
• troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on molds and related peripheral equipment
• prepare daily logs, mold repair requests, and preventive maintenance requests
• follow company, safety, and department policies
• apply knowledge of injection molding functions
• identify opportunities to streamline work and reduce waste, including work instructions and training.

Why this role

Pay is $18–$20 per hour depending on experience. Training is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; after training, the employee must be able to move to night shift and weekends. High school diploma or GED required; three years of related setup experience desired.
