The attorney drafts and negotiates licensing and technology transaction agreements and supports corporate transactions in the life sciences sector. The role contributes legal and transactional expertise to complex deals, including due diligence and technology transfers, while collaborating with deal teams and independently managing substantial transaction components.

What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate intellectual property licenses, including patent and trademark licenses, joint development and collaboration agreements, and strategic alliances
• advise on technology licenses, services agreements, SaaS agreements, and distribution agreements
• support life sciences corporate transactions through IP and technology transaction due diligence
• assist with technology transfers and other complex licensing matters
• collaborate with deal teams and independently manage substantial transaction components.
