Litigation Assistant

Job overview

The Litigation Assistant role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $22 per hour. Rubenstein Law represents personal injury victims in matters including auto accidents, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, and mass tort litigation. The assistant supports attorneys and paralegals throughout litigation by organizing case materials, obtaining relevant records, coordinating discovery communications, and preparing for proceedings. This work helps the legal team manage case documentation and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.

What you'll do

• Request litigation-related medical and legal documents, including records, liens, bills, and radiology findings
• communicate with clients about discovery
• assist attorneys with discovery translation and interpretation
• e-file completed discovery
• assist with trial preparation and other case-related matters.
