What you'll do

• Develop and manage project schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and personnel
• visit sites to inspect quality and schedule progress
• coordinate design issues with architects and civil engineers
• review pay applications and construction documents
• manage submittals and requests for information
• prepare monthly progress reports
• coordinate utilities, permitting, inspections, and owner-supplied items
• review change requests and resolve project issues
• travel as required.
