Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair water control gates, valves, and operating systems at customer locations
• test, calibrate, and adjust systems
• share equipment feedback with engineering
• coordinate with project management and manufacturing teams
• adapt training materials and operating manuals
• provide customer training and technical support
• document service visits
• follow safety procedures
• and manage service tools and equipment inventory. When not traveling, collaborate at the manufacturing facility and assist with equipment assembly under shop manager supervision.
