What you'll do
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
- intervene during crises and notify relevant parties when indicated
- provide on-the-spot counseling
- supervise staff and monitor productivity and paperwork
- facilitate at least one group session weekly and team meetings
- assist with Mental Health Court, staff training, and program development.
