What you'll do

• Provide Tier III escalation support
• design, implement, support, and troubleshoot AWS environments
• investigate compute, networking, storage, identity, security, availability, and performance issues
• perform root-cause analysis and remediation
• improve secure, scalable, highly available, and recoverable infrastructure
• support backup, disaster recovery, migrations, and hybrid environments
• develop automation and use infrastructure-as-code tools where appropriate
• mentor Tier I and Tier II engineers.
