Collaboration with nursing and interdisciplinary teams helps address complex cases, improve quality outcomes, and support compliant care.

What you'll do

• Serve as Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for assigned nursing home facilities
• provide clinical oversight for resident care
• participate in care-plan development and interdisciplinary discussions
• collaborate with facility leadership and nursing staff on quality outcomes
• review complex cases, treatment plans, and clinical concerns
• support regulatory compliance and quality improvement
• advise staff on medical management issues.
