Environmental Services Department Manager

The Environmental Services Department Manager role is an onsite position located in Prince Frederick, MD. Compensation is $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, and this role leads the environmental services department at a long-term care facility. This role exists to manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams. The Manager ensures compliance with policies and federal/state requirements while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Perform and lead teams in housekeeping and laundry aide duties.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, and personnel.
• Act as liaison between building occupants and HCSG staff.
