What you'll do

• Review insurance coverage with residents and families
• estimate residents’ Net Available Monthly Income and ensure income is received by the facility
• complete and monitor Medicaid applications and annual recertifications
• track deadlines and communicate with local DSS, staff, residents, and families
• obtain required documentation
• maintain eligibility and recertification records
• enter approved applications into billing systems
• assist with billing and external financial audits.
