Senior Accountant

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting and reconciliations for the self-funded insurance program
• prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• monitor funding and cash balances
• reconcile insurance-related bank activity
• prepare monthly financial reports
• support general ledger and month-end close
• perform intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis
• assist with audits, compliance, and process improvements.
